4x14: I Do

Here is what you missed on Glee: Emma can speak really, really fast, Will needs a resounding slap to wake him up, Rachel and Brody proved just how dysfunctional and unhealthy their relationship is, the Ryder\Marley\Jake triangle just became really weird and creepy and Kurt kept a mantra of : "Blaine and I are friends" which he didn't seem to believe, Blaine didn't seem to believe and we sure as hell didn't believe.

That was one of my favorite episodes, hands down. I felt bad for Will when Emma left him at the altar but the guy was seriously getting on my nerves. His idea of helping with the wedding was to take care of the entertainment? He just dumped the whole thing on Emma who was clearly cracking under the pressure, but hey, he had Glee club which is far more important than his own fiance and wedding. Emma's runaway bride act might have been too harsh but at least it had the desired effect, it was certainly better than my solution which consisted of hitting Will over the head with a frying pan.

Have to say Jayma Mays blew me away. She nailed her all of her scenes and made me feel everything Emma was struggling through. I have no idea how the hell did she manage to lip sync to Not Getting Married Today but she did, and it was amazing.

I like Jarley but things are getting a little ridiculous. We've had three episodes with them just dancing around each other, then an episode when they became official, and another episode about them exchanging I love yous and now another episode about them sleeping together which ended up not happening? Do we really need to see every single milestone in the relationship happening in front of our eyes? And Jake, for God's sake wake up. Ryder knew Marley's favorite flower, he bought her a gift and he came up with the idea of serenading her and Jake still thinks that's just Ryder being a good friend? And the only thing that clued him in was how Ryder looked at Marley during Anything Could Happen? Did Blaine infect the entire school with his obliviousness or what?

I don't know who RIB had to bribe at FOX to show us the Klaine make out scenes. We actually saw Kurt straddling Blaine, two kisses, Blaine tugging at Kurt's shirt and Kurt rubbing Blaine's chest and the two of them using coats to hide their arousal. Are we sure that we're still watching FOX? We didn't change the channel by mistake, did we? I was afraid that the writers would make it as if Kurt cheated, and I was really happy that this was not the case. Klaine scenes were the highlight of the episode for me. Chris Colfer did such an amazing job in portraying Kurt's confusion, I felt like his heart and body were steering him toward Blaine, but his head was doubtful. And Blaine, sweetie, you have been spending way too much time with Sam if the "Bros helping bros" line is any indication.

I have no words to describe We've Got Tonight and the montage during it. It was utterly beautiful and so well played. Now I tend to notice strange things but I can safely say that Finn and Kurt must be scarred for life. Taking the girl you love into a hotel room only to be faced with your brother taking the boy he loves into another room must be the very definition of weird. The fact that the brothers' rooms were actually next to each other just made me burst into laughter, talk about awkward.

All the post sex talks were very good but I didn't like the fact that Rachel snuck out before Finn woke up. The Klaine post sex talk just sent me into a Klaine-induced coma for a whole day. Blaine was just so sure of himself and of his feelings for Kurt that it made my heart flutter. Blaine was fighting for Kurt, plain and simple. I swear Kurt and Blaine can have a whole conversation and convey a million different feelings only using eye contact and small touches. The way Blaine rested his head against Kurt's for a second, the little smile on Kurt's face when Blaine said that Kurt was pretending that this doesn't mean anything, and the look of vulnerability on Kurt's face that turned into a smirk and a whisper of "I'll see you downstairs", you might miss it in the episode because it was for a split second but go look at gifs of that scene. Kurt looks like he's searching Blaine's face for reassurance that Blaine won't hurt him again then taps into a cocky persona to tease Blaine. The thing the hit me the most about Blaine was how happy he was in the entire episode. He was joyous and at peace and I'm just grinning like an idiot now, remembering it.

Kurt and Tina's conversation was incredible. I was cheering Kurt on so hard and the " Did you vapor-rape my ex boyfriend?" line was EPIC. I kinda felt that Kurt and Blaine went a little easy on Tina but the part of me that like the Blina friendship made me let it go. And Tina saying that Klaine were two soul mates rediscovering each other kinda put her in my good books again. I totally loved that Kurt kept repeating that Blaine and him were friends as if trying to convince himself. The smirk on Blaine's face when Kurt repeated it for the THIRD time at Mckinley was priceless. It was like he was thinking "Sure Kurt, keep telling yourself that"

Brochel just became the most toxic relationship I've ever seen on Glee. I had a huge problem with Rachel not telling Brody about her and Finn. I don't like the concept of open relationships and if it was okay like Rachel made it seem like, then why did she lie about it? But of course that was swept under the rug when the biggest WTF moment happened. I mean, I have wanted to slap Brody ever since Naked but him being a hooker was just too much. I'm officially disgusted now, that whole relationship just makes me shudder now. I wonder what Rachel would do when she discovers that the could be-father of her might be-baby is a prostitute?

Anything Could Happen was my favorite performance. This kind of performance is what Glee is about. The joy in the performance, the comfortableness in the way the ND danced together, the way it was used to show camaraderie to Will who is in a bad place, it was just perfect. And I loved the way they were all dressed. Yes, I'm the strange person who fixated on what the characters are wearing, just go with it.
